- You can have a good time and not drink at the same being peer pressured into drinking is not OK you have the right to say No. Remember its your health mentally and physically that is getting affected just say No to a drink next time.

- Drink from smaller glasses is a good way to cut down as you get the satisfaction of finishing a drink and also cutting down on how much your drink. Ask for a smaller glass next time you go out to a pub, bar, or restaurant.

In this case, you should know that you have the right to say no to a drink you need to know that drinking underage can lead to health problems involving the brain or the start of reliance on alcohol.
- If your drinking because you are bored get involved in interesting activities such as reading, playing games, getting in touch with friends or taking part in sports so you don’t have the time to be bored. Start by setting yourself the task of finding different activities in your area that may be interesting to you.
